Delayed Deliveries

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. Bling By Anjali is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team with your order details and tracking information. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Refusal of Parcel Upon Delivery

If a customer refuses or denies accepting the parcel, shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount if eligible.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within India and do not support international shipping.
