Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team with your order details and tracking information. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Refusal of Parcel Upon Delivery
If a customer refuses or denies accepting the parcel, shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount if eligible.
